Approved: ELISA (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL), Flo, IP, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation and Flow Cytometry. ELISA: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rhCPE is ~1 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Detection limit for rhCPE is ~5 ng/lane under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Flow Cytometry: (A172 cells): For intracellular staining cells must first be fixed and permeabilized using 4 % paraformaldehyde and 0.1 % saponin in PBS. Dilute this antibody to 25 μg/mL and add 10 μLto 1-5x10^5 cells in a total reaction volume not exceeding 200 μL. ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents. The detection limit is ~1 ng/well. Immunoprecipitation: Used to immunoprecipitate rhCPE from conditioned media of transfected NSO cells. -
