Usage: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, ELISA and Western Blot. Flow Cytometry: 50 μg/mL. Add 10 μL of diluted antibody to 1-5x10^5 cells (max. total volume 200 μL). ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL, Detection limit for recombinant human IGSF4C is ~0.3 ng/well. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL, Detection limit for recombinant human IGSF4C is ~5 ng/lane (reducing and non-reducing conditions). -
