Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Inhibition and Immunohistochemistry. Not suitable for Western Blot. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 μg for lysate of 1 x106. Flow Cytometry: 10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (frozen tissue sections): 5 μg/mL. Inhibition: 10 μg/mL Inhibits VLA-2 mediated cell adhesion to collagen and laminin.
