Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.ABCD2 antibody detects ABCD2 protein by western blot analysis. Whole cell extracts (30 ?g) was separated by 7.5 % SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ABCD2 antibody (107-11037) diluted by 1:500.Sample (30 μg of whole cell lysate) A: A431 7.5 % SDS PAGE 107-11037 diluted at 1:1000 -
