Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Western Blot: Approx 85 kDa band observed in Human Adrenal gland lysates (calculated MW of 57.0 kDa according to NP_005496.4). We do note that SCARB1 is a glycoprotein which makes a higher size band to be expected, and this is consistent with observations
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
