DS WB Results: Approx 150 kDa band observed in Mouse Liver lysates (calculated MW of 130 kDa according to NP_000911.2, NP_001035806.1 and NP_071504.2). Recommended concentration: 0.03-0.1 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.
DS IHC Results: Paraffin embedded Human Liver. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000.
