- Suitable for use in immunohistochemistry and immunohistochemistry (paraffin-embedded sections). A starting range of 1:20 to 1:200 is recommended for immunochemistry. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
