- Purified IgG fraction covalently coupled to a highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ > 3). Care is taken to ensure adequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is absent. Estimated molar HRP:IgG substitution is 2-3.
