应用备注
- Immunoblotting: 1 µg/mL HRP/ECL detection. Recommended blocking with casein/tween 20 based buffer. Western blot Analysis Amyloid beta A4 peptides were applied to SDS-PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The blot was probed with 2- g/mL Q67350M for 1 hour at 15-22-C and developed by ECL (exp. time: 30 sec.). Lane 1: bA4 (1-40) Lane 2: bA4 (1-42) Lane 3: bA4 (1-43) Immunocytochemistry: 1-10 µg/mL ELISA: 0.1 µg/mL Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
