Approved: ELISA (0.5 - 1 μg/mL), WB (1 - 10 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Western Blot: 1-10 μg/mL (Chemiluminescence technique). The predicted size of D2L form is approximately 50kD. However, additional bands at approximately 60 and 100kD, and others are typically seen in various tissues. Approximately 100-400 μg of membrane protein/lane should be loaded to visualize various bands. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL (1 μg/mL immunogen peptide/well). -
