特异性
- Recognizes 2 rat proteins of 50 and 75kD in solubilized hippocampal membranes by Western blot. The 75kD band was not visible in striatum. Approximately 100-400 μg of protein/lane should be loaded to visualize the 75kD band. In IHC, D1R has been localized in various regions of the rat brain. Species sequence Homology: porcine or bovine (100 % ), human (78 %) and mouse (92 %).
