Antigen Recognized in Human, rat, fish, bovine, Species (tested so far) not with mouse, woodchuck, chicken, xenopus. Reactivities on Cultured Cell Lines: MCF-7, RT 112, Detroit 562, RPMI 2650, HT-29, SSC-12. Polypeptide Reacting: Mr 40 000 polypeptide (cytokeratin 19) of human glandular epithelia. The epitope has been localized on aa352-368 (VRADSERQNQEYQRLMD) of the a-helical fragment.
