- Recognizes the B form of chicken PR. Detects a band of ~110kD in chicken and rabbit, and a doublet or triplet band of ~120kD in human by Western Blot. Does not cross-react with ER (estrogen receptor) or GR (glucocorticoid receptor). Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat, sheep, rabbit, bovine and guinea pig.
