- Recognized human ankyrin B. It does not cross-react with ankyrin R or ankyrin G. Recognizes ankyrin B isoforms containing a spectrin binding domain. On Western blots, this antibody detects bands of approximately 440, 220 and 150kD. Species cross-reactivity: mouse and rat.
