Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot and ELISA. Immunofluorescence: 5-10 μg/mL. Immunoprecipitation: 5-10 μg/ IP reaction. Western Blot: 1-3 μg/mL. ELISA: 0.1-1 μg/mL. Note: For immunofluorescent assays, it is recommended that cells are fixed in 4 % paraformaldehyde in PBS and permeabilized with 0.2 % Triton X-100. Methanol and acetone fixatives can also be used. -
