Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, and Inhibition of VLA-2 mediated cell adhesion to collagen and laminin. Immunoprecipitation: 2-5 μg (lysate of 1E6 cell equivalent). Flow Cytometry: 10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen tissue sections): 5 μg/mL. Inhibition: 10 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unmodified form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
