Approved: Flo (10 μg/mL), Func, IHC, IHC-Fr (20 μg/mL), IP, WB (10 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Western Blot. Not suitable for use in Inhibition. Immunoprecipitation: 2 μg Lysate of 1E6 cell. Flow Cytometry: 10 μg/mL. Immunohistochemistry (Frozen): 20 μg/mL. As a result of the wide tissue distribution of VLA (b1), binding to diverse cell types is commonly observed. Western Blot: 10 μg/mL. Effective for samples that have been SDS-denatured and heated. Not effective for reduced samples. Inhibition: Does not block VLA integrin mediated cell adhesion to matrix proteins. Positive control: Human OVCAR5 cell line whole cell lysate.
