Usage: Anti-Pyruvate Kinase has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Pyruvate Kinase [Rabbit Muscle] in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:15000 to 1:60000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
