Usage: Anti-L-Asparaginase has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Asparaginase in a standard capture ELISA using Peroxidase Conjugated Streptavidin ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:3 to 1:12 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
