Western Blot: Customer's experiments gave a band at approx 45 kDa in lysates of transfected H1299 overexpressing IER5 but not when transfected with empty vector (calculated MW of 33.7 kDa according to NP_057629.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3 μg/mL.
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
