应用备注
- Western blotting: (preferabley with ECL) Use and a dilution of 1:10 to 20. Immunohistochemistry: Use at a dilution of 1:10-20 for staining of paraformaldehyde (4%) fixed cytospin preparations and frozen tissue sections. The following pretreatment is recommended: 10 min with 20 mM glycine in PBS (pH 7.5) and 10 min. with 6 N guanidine hydrochloride in 50 mM Tris-HCL (pH 7.5)1. Optimal conditions for paraffin-embedded tissues have yet to be defined. Flow Cytometry: Optimal conditions have yet to be defined. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
