Usage: Immunohistochemistry: Suggested dilution: 1/100 - 1/200. Antigen retrieval using heat treatment methods prior to staining of paraffin sections isrecommended(Sodium citrate pH 6.0). Positive control: tonsil. Flow cytometry: Use 10 μL to label 1x106 cells in 100 μL. Membrane permeabilisation is required for this application. Western Blot: Detects a band of approximately 95 kDa in Raji cell lysates under reducing conditions. - 说明
