- This protein A purified antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and by western blot. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band approximately 15-20 kDa in size corresponding to SPANX family members by western blotting in the appropriate human tissue. Most human cell lines are SPANX negative.

This antibody is designed, produced, and is suitable for Cancer, Immunology and Nuclear Signaling research.
