- This antibody recognises the CD8 alpha cell surface antigen. Clone MRC OX-8 is suitable for use in in vitro blocking studies. We recommend the use of SM259A for this purpose. Flow cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections: This product does not require protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin embedded sections, This product does not require antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin embedded sections.
Other applications not tested.
