Flow Cytometry: (1/25 - 1/50): use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Note that for staining of whole blood samples increased amounts of antibody may be required due to the presence of CD147 on erythrocytes. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

- CD147 is a cell surface glycoprotein that is widely expressed on leukocytes, red cells, platelets and endothelial cells.
