ELISAIndirect: To detect mIL-22 by direct ELISA (using 100 l/well antibody solution) aconcentration of at least 0.5 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinitypurified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detectionof 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-22. Sandwich: To detect mIL-22 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μL/well antibody solution) aconcentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purifiedantibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-Murine IL-22 (PP1226B1 or PP1226B2) as adetection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mIL-22. Western blotTo detect mIL-22 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of0.1-0.2 μg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limitfor recombinant mIL-22 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducingconditions. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

背景
IL22 is a cytokine structurally related to IL10 and is upregulated in activated T cells. IL22 signals through a receptor complex that includes CRF2-4 and a new member of the class II cytokine receptor family (also known as the interferon receptor family), IL22R. CRF2-4 has previously been demonstrated to be a functional component of the IL-10 signaling complex. IL22 is able to suppress IL4 production, this may have therapeutic potential, particularly in the treatment of asthma.Synonyms: Cytokine Zcyto18, IL-10-related T-cell-derived-inducible factor, IL-22, ILTIF
