Recognizes mouse IgM mu heavy chain. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-fluorescein, anti-goat serum, mouse IgM and mouse serum. Does not cross-react with mouse IgG or mouse IgA. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse heavy or light chain isotypes: < 1 % .
