Flow cytometry: Use 10 μL of 1/10-1/20 diluted antibody to label 10^6 cells or 100 μL human whole blood. Immunoprecipitation. Does not work in Immunohistochemistry on Frozen and Paraffin Sections.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user. -

背景
- CD16 is a 50-65kD cell surface molecule which exists in two forms, a transmembranous form expressed by NK cells and some T cells, and a phosphatidylinositol linked form expressed by granulocytes. CD16 is a low affinity receptor for IgG (FcR III), and is an important receptor mediating ADCC by NK cells.Synonyms: CD16A, FCG3, FCGR3, FCGR3A, Fc-gamma RIII, Fc-gamma RIII-alpha, Fc-gamma RIIIa, FcR-10, FcRIII, FcRIIIa, IGFR3, IgG Fc receptor III-2, Low affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-A
