You may have specifically registered with us to obtain additional information such as supplier names or supplier product IDs on products listed on antibodies-online and at this point may no longer see the information you need, although you are logged in and your account seems fully functional in all other aspects.

This change in your account is intended as of now and is not a technical bug - supplier visibility can and will eventually be restored in your account.

The data gathered on each product is the value we add to the market. Unfortunately this data requires protection from others.

What do I need to do?

If you already have an account with antibodies-online or genomics-online, you can request access to Supplier related information in your account profile.

Once contacted, our key account management will help you to establish the prerequesits for getting supplier access enabled in your account.

Please note that temporarily compliance with the prerequesites may lead to activation of the supplier visibility feature - however, to permanently activate this feature, permanent compliance is required.

Why does Key Account Management need to approve my access to supplier information?

There are certain prerequesites for activation of this feature in your account. Our key account management will help you to establish achievement of those prerequesits.

For example, it is important for us to verify, there has not been any suspicious activity tracked by our web servers from your IP address or related IP address ranges, such as high frequent page access patterns typical for crawlers.

What are my benefits of having an account with supplier information access?

• See all supplier related information (name, id) and search for supplier product ids.
• Access to order history for quick reorders.
• Track the status of all offline and online orders.
• See your institution specific prices.

What are the prerequisites for getting supplier information access?

• There has not been any suspicious activity tracked by our web servers from your IP address or related IP address ranges, such as high frequent page access patterns typical for crawlers.
• Your organization is an active customer of antibodies-online with a repetitive annual order volume.
• Your account email address can be visually and clearly linked to such a customer organization and email domain.
• Your organization is not competing with antibodies-online.
