- 背景
- RPL5 belongs to the ribosomal protein L18P family. This protein is required for rRNA maturation and formation of the 60S ribosomal subunits. Recombinant human RPL5 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, was expressed in E.coli and purified by using conventional chromatography techniques.
