Klra3 (Killer cell lectin-like receptor 3) is a receptor on natural killer (NK) cells for class I MHC. Klra3 is a homodimer and is disulfide-linked. Klra3 is single-pass type II membrane protein. Klra3 contains 1 C-type lectin domain.
