Peptide ELISA: Detection Limit Dilution: 1/32000. Western blot: 0.3-1.0 μg/mL. Approx 65 kDa band observed in Human Thymus lysate(calculated MW of 69.5 kDa according to NP_004505.2.

- ILF1 contains a forkhead DNA binding domain. This protein can bind to the purine-rich motifs of the HIV long terminal repeat (LTR), and to the similar purine-rich motif in the interleukin 2 (IL2) promoter. It may be involved in the regulation of viral and cellular promoter elements. Three alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described.Synonyms: Cellular transcription factor ILF-1, FOXK1, Forkhead box protein K2, ILF, ILF-1, Interleukin enhancer-binding factor 1
