Approved: ELISA (5 - 6 μg/mL), SwELISA
Usage: ELISA: In a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 μL/well), a concentration of 4-8 μg/mL of this antibody will detect at least 500 pg/mL of recombinant human IFN-gamma when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-human IFN-gamma (LS-C104708) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 2-4 μg/mL. Western Blot: To detect Human IFN-gamma by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.20-0.40 μg/mL. When used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, the detection limit for recombinant Human IFN-gamma is 1-3 ng/lane, under non-reducing conditions. - 说明
