Flow Cytometry: 1/100 - 1/200, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry on frozen and paraffin sections: This product requires protein digestion pre-treatment of paraffin sections e.g. trypsin or pronase.
